Bachelor of Law

The Bachelor of Law program is part of the Faculty of Law at Parahyangan Catholic University. Students are free to select their preferred elective courses, including Constitutional and Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Civil and Commercial Law, and International Law. Currently, three courses are offered in English: Labor Law, Investment Law, and International Humanitarian Law.

Students also have the opportunity to participate in international moot court competitions. With strong faculty expertise in research and public leadership, the department has contributed to the development of national laws on private international law, anti-corruption, and consumer protection.

The department is also recognized for its leadership in shaping a national framework for universities to develop their legal education curriculum and maintain internal quality assurance.
